At Gadgetlaand, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Shipping (Tracked): 7–14 business days

  • UK Express Shipping (Tracked): 3–7 business days

  • Europe & International: 10–25 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and method.
Orders over £150 (UK only) qualify for free standard delivery.

Customs & Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the UK, import duties or taxes may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking

All UK orders include tracking. Tracking details are provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, weather, peak seasons).
