1. Introduction
At Gadgetlaand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return eligible items within the period and conditions below.
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund (excluding shipping fees), as long as the conditions are met.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging.

All tags, accessories, and instructions must be included.

Items marked “final sale,” “clearance,” or specially discounted may be non-returnable or returned with restocking fee.

Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.
4. Return Procedure (How to Return)

Contact us at support@gadgetlaand.com within 30 days with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item.

We will issue a return authorization (RA) and provide the return shipping address.

Pack the item securely in original or similar packaging. Use a tracked shipping service and retain your receipt.

Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving RA.

Email us the tracking number / proof of dispatch.
5. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

For standard returns (buyer’s remorse, change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return postage or provide a prepaid return label.
6. Processing Your Return & Refund

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it within 3 business days.

If approved, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error.

We may deduct a restocking or handling fee in some cases (if the packaging is damaged or accessories missing), and we will notify you before proceeding.
7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items that cannot be returned include:

Products that show signs of use or damage.

Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

“Final sale,” “clearance,” or “discounted” products (unless defective).

Personalized/custom items (unless faulty).
